What is the UGM?

• About the UGM 2022

The User Group Meeting (UGM) is held every two years in a client’s home-country, and the following year it is held in Curaçao, where we are headquartered.  This year, we are pleased to host the UGM in Willemstad, Curaçao. The purpose of the UGM is to bring together our clients using IBIS solutions, like for example the Alchemy Connect platform, SWISSRoute and other Partner solutions to gain and exchange knowledge, ideas and grow their network. The UGM also gives our clients the opportunity to meet our Senior Management, Customer Support officers, developers and off course our consultants face-to-face and provide feedback on our solutions and Roadmap. With each session, our trainers and partners will look to elevate your knowledge to help you contribute to your bank, credit union, insurance company, corporate or other institution’s performance.
